Plenty of space and seclusion - 7 Beds: Standard occupancy is 10 Adults (1 King Size Bed, 3 Queen Size Beds, 2 Full Size Beds & 1 Twin Size Bed)
Family Oriented Amenities:
Family items provided; two high chairs, three pack-n-plays, two strollers, one large crib, one child's bed, one child's car seat, various toys for toddlers and children!
Media Home Amenities:
6 Flat Screen HDTVs, all providing access to Max, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+ & Netflix. We also provide the ability for you to stream directly to the HDTV. In addition, 1GB High Speed Internet Access with dedicated Laptop/Printer on Premises. WIFI throughout the property.
Outside there is plenty of seating and a 19" LCD HDTV controlled by Amazon Firestick, a gas barbecue grill and an outdoor refrigerator with ice dispenser all under a covered veranda with 3 lighted ceiling fans.
The large 15' x 30' heatable swimming pool is screened and private.
The home also features a covered carport area that houses an outdoor ping pong table and grand foosball table so your family can get their tournament on!

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made more than 60 days before your arrival date, you will receive your reservation/security deposit (minus $50 processing fee) and any rental payment returned; 60 days or less, entails forfeiture of all rental payments and reservation/security deposit if another renter, with similar terms can not be found. The determination of 'similar replacement' will be the owners' alone.
Deposits
$250 damage deposit to hold reservation dates which automatically converts to refundable security deposit. Monthly bookings require 25% of the rental rate in addition to a $250 damage deposit due at time of booking. There is a $500 damage deposit required during peak rates.
Other Fees
Cleaning fee is $280. Pool Heating is $40 a night, discounted rates are $250 a week and $750 a month.
Other Policies
50% rental rate due 60 days prior to arrival and balance due 30 days prior. Maximum of 10 occupants (Adults/Children Mix) - Sleeps 10 Adults Comfortably.

Rate Calculation
Total Tariff = Rental Rate - Any Discounts + Booking Fee + Damage Protection + Travel Protection + Pool Heating Fee + Cleaning Fee.
