Living Room - the open & airy living room welcomes you as you enter the home.
It features a large leather sectional that wraps around the front bay window.
In addition there is a unique center table that houses four ottomans allowing seating for twelve.

Dining Room - the dining room area features a wood table with seating for eight,
a chandelier and a large glass hutch. Patio access is via Sliding Glass Doors.
 Additional seating is available for dining in the kitchen (5) and on the covered patio (11).

Kitchen - the kitchen is equipped with service for 10 as well as all the
 pots, pans, cookware necessary to create your own gourmet meal.  
We feature an electric stove, a single oven, a microwave, a dishwasher
and a side by side refrigerator with filtered water and ice dispenser.

Bedroom 1 - This bedroom is very large and features two queen size platform beds
with mirrored closet doors.  Inside you will find a dresser, a center night stand,
a lighted ceiling fan and a 26" LCD HDTV controlled by Amazon Firestick.

Bedroom 2 - this bedroom is large and features two full size beds and one twin size bed
with mirrored closet doors. Inside you will find a dresser, a night stand and a lighted
ceiling fan along with a 22" LCD HDTV controlled by Amazon Firestick.

Shared Bathroom - the shared bathroom is spacious and well appointed.
It features a marble counter top with double sinks and mirrors.
The bathtub also provides a shower. To ensure your level of comfort,
the bathroom also has a large window with privacy glass.

Bedroom 3 (Secondary Master) -  This bedroom is very large and features a queen size sleigh bed,
a dresser with two night stands, a lighted ceiling fan, sliding glass door pool/patio access,
a loveseat couch, a bar with two stools and a 26" Wall Mounted LCD HDTV controlled by Amazon
Firestick.   This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom that features a marble counter top with a single
sink and matching mirror. The shower also features a hand held shower head for your comfort.

Bedroom 4 (Primary Master) - This bedroom features a king size pillow top bed, large sliding glass door
patio access, a love seat couch, a lighted ceiling fan, a mirrored dresser with two night stands and an armoire
with a 32" LCD HDTV controlled by Amazon Firestick.  The en-suite bathroom is spacious and well appointed.
It features a marble counter top and a large two person shower with a privacy wall. To ensure
your level of comfort, the bathroom also has a large window with privacy glass.

Dedicated Laundry/Office Area - 1GB High Speed Internet WIFI access is provided and there
is a laptop and printer onsite.  The utility area contains a washer/dryer and wash basin.

Adult Game Room - Our adult media game room features 5 home theater seats that recline fully.
In addition, there is a 65" 4K HDTV providing Amazon Prime Video as well as Sling, Netlfix, Max,
Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN+ streaming services.  This room is surround sound enhanced and also
contains an 8' Billiard Table, 3 Billiard Spectator Chairs, a Pub Table Set and a separate
wall air conditioner. Great fun will be had in this room!

Screened Pool/Patio - Outside there is plenty of seating and a 19" LCD HDTV controlled by Amazon
Firestick, a gas barbecue grill and an outdoor refrigerator with ice dispenser all under a covered
veranda with 3 lighted ceiling fans.  The large 15' x 30' (heatable) swimming pool is screened and
private.  There is also lighting around the pool screen enclosure to provide ambience!

Carport - The home also features a covered carport area that houses an outdoor ping pong table
and foosball table so your family can get their tournament on!  There is also another driveway
with an uncovered carport in the rear of the home that can fit two additional vehicles
which is accessible by the rear alley way.

Rear Yard - Behind the pool there is a gated open yard area for the kids
to play with a large avocado shade tree and a kids swing set.  
There is also seating under avocado table to watch kids play.
